Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Passion and knowledge on how to enhance customer service experience on different social media platforms
  • Chatbot management, including dialog flow, conversation and user interface design
  • Develop and update handbook for social media platform user as on-going basis
  • Manage customers’ expectations via social media platform with professional manner
  • Assist to supervise the customer service team’s daily operation
  • Provide guidance and support to facilitate team members in service delivery and daily operations
  • Ad hoc project assigned by management


  • Undergraduate with at least 5 years relevant working experience
  • Solid experience in providing customer service via social media platform
  • Hands-on experience in chatbot management
  • Able to supervise and lead a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative and customer-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with less experience may also consider as Senior Officer – Digital Customer Service
